Latin American IEEE Student Robotics Competitions

The third edition of the Latin American IEEE Student Robotics
Competitions was in Mexico City, from 25th to 27th
of October 2004 and is has been organized by Tec de Monterrey
Campus Estado de México together with ITAM, UNAM and the IEEE Latin American Robotics Council.
